The General Data Protection Law (LGPD) is the Brazilian legislation that aims to protect the fundamental rights of freedom, privacy and the free development of the personality of the natural person.

The Personal Data Officer is the professional who has as main attribution to take care of issues related to the protection of personal data of the organization, in the internal sphere, and in the dealing of requests of data subjects, in the external sphere. Every company that carries out some type of processing of personal data requires, by law, a Duly designated and publicized Data Processing Officer.

This document aims to bring, in a transparent way, the main aspects related to Privacy and Data Protection in our performance.
